I like to make design on my cake and it's really lovely until many of my friends including myself don't have the heart to eat it. So I wish to share some lovely cake with you here. Enjoy it.
This birthday cake was made for a little girl who wanted a mermaid for her 5th birthday. It was a challenge to meet the little angel's imaginations & expectations because of decorating styles and techniques. In fact, I do have Wilton tips to refer.
