I like to make design on my cake and it's really lovely until many of my friends including myself don't have the heart to eat it. So I wish to share some lovely cake with you here. Enjoy it.
My client was requested for a Chinese Lion's Head Cake and I found it difficult than round cakes, especially to make it stand firm on the board and the decorations on the lion's face so that it look the same with real Chinese Lion.
